The restaurants Head Chef is Neil Ballinger, Neil and his team create seasonal menus and where possible use only locally sourced ingredients from Harrogate and the surrounding areas.

Our restaurant was first established 20 years ago in Harrogate starting life as the successful Café Fleur, the restaurant has been known as Quantro since 2000.
